Women’s Projects

Within the framework of women’s economic empowerment, the Evangelical Association for Sustainable Development in Minya provides concessional loan projects for women, particularly in villages and rural areas, with interest rates up to 14%. These loans aim to support women in starting or developing small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them achieve financial independence and improve their standard of living. Funded projects cover diverse areas such as handicrafts, livestock rearing, small-scale trade, and home-based services. Loans are provided according to criteria that ensure beneficiaries’ ability to repay, alongside training programs to help them manage their projects efficiently. This initiative contributes to enhancing the role of women in the local economy and increasing their opportunities to achieve a sustainable income, positively impacting their families and communities.
